Flight School is a 6-Week At Home Jump Technique Program designed by Expert Jump Coach Tyler Ray. Tyler is the pioneer of modern day jump technique and has helped over 20,000 athletes world-wide fly their highest.
With only bodyweight and bands, this 3 Phase progressive program pairs perfectly alongside any strength training that you're currently doing in order to amplify it's results.
These methods have a 100% long term success rate for creating a more efficient and natural feeling approach jump. It is perfect for Volleyball and Basketball Players as well as any jumping-based athlete!
PHASE 1
This initial phase lays down the groundwork for an organized and stable jump. This means exposure to perfect positions and elite jump behaviours.
PHASE 2
This phase builds the highest levels of speed and power. The idea here is to increase your body's ability to create and tolerate exceptional speed and power!
PHASE 3
It's time to Peak! This means more traditional jump reps to see how your hard work has paid off. Here we aim to solidify those newfound positions and behaviours at the highest level.
Your Flight Instructor
Tyler Ray aka. The Jump Guy is an esteemed professional with an extensive background in physical education and a specialization in dynamic movement, which includes the intricate art of jumping. With two decades of experience coaching athletes and students of all ages and a background as a professional dunker and track and field athlete with a 48-inch vertical, Tyler has honed his expertise in biomechanics, strength training, and kinetic performance. His innovative techniques and commitment to understanding the physics of human movement have helped countless individuals enhance their jumping abilities and overall athletic performance.
